Changi Airport Group Welcomes Mr Lim Ming Yan
Mr Lim Ming Yan will step into the role of chairman at CAG, replacing Mr Tan Gee Paw in April 2025. In a recent announcement by the Ministry of Finance (MOF), Mr Lim’s appointment as deputy chairman will take effect from 1 January 2024, setting the stage for a smooth transition.

In another significant move, Mr Tan Chong Meng will take over as chairman of the Board of NUHS, succeeding Mr Hsieh Fu Hua on 1 January 2025. Mr Hsieh has played an essential role in leading NUHS since 2019 and has been pivotal in navigating the organisation through the highs and lows of the healthcare landscape.
Mr Tan, the current chairman of JTC Corporation, will serve a term until December 2027 and is expected to steer NUHS towards new innovations in healthcare delivery.
