SINGAPORE — A tragic discovery was made on Friday morning when two elderly individuals were found deceased in their Housing and Development Board flat in Punggol.
Incident Details
At around 6:25 am on 27 February 2024, the police received an alert concerning a case at Block 408B Northshore Drive. Upon their arrival, officers discovered a 71-year-old man and a 66-year-old woman lying motionless in a residential unit.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) reported that their paramedics pronounced both individuals dead at the scene shortly after being called for assistance. Preliminary investigations indicate that the deceased were known to each other, suggesting a close relationship.
